Once customers have placed their orders on the phone, they provide their payment data (credit card or bank details for SEPA direct debits), which can then be recorded directly in the web-based, password-protected CheckoutTerminal interface. You will receive immediate confirmation that the payment has been processed while the customer is on the phone, meaning that any incorrect information or typing mistakes can be rectified.
This allows easy processing of all incoming payment data with immediate success control. Payments for orders by fax or post can also be processed immediately to complete the orders. Virtual Terminal runs on any web browser and no software installation required.
